M11 - The Wild Duck Cluster
Date: September 2000
Location: NCO Wilderness Site - Boon Michigan
Equipment: 4" f6 refractor, G11 mount, ST4, Taurus Tracker III
Conditions: Very Good - Dark and clear
Film: Kodak Ektapress PJ400
Exposure: 1 hour
Comments: While M11 looks like a "loose" globular cluster it is a very condensed open cluster. The telescopic view is very nice, the cluster has a "V" shape to it hence the "Wild Duck".
