NGC2264 - The Cone Nebula

Date:              March 10, 2007

Location:        Seven Sisters Observatory, Manchester MI     

Equipment:     Canon 10D mod., ZS66SD w/ field Flattener

Conditions:     Very clear and cold

Film:               DSLR @ ISO 800   

Exposure:       16 X 300 sec. plus 2 X 300 sec. dark frames

Comments:     This object needs more focal length but still the little ZS66 came through, again a LOT better than my best film shot. (here)
