Auriga Nebulas

Date:            April 2, 2000

Location:      NCO "Wilderness Site" - Boon Michigan

Equipment:  4" f6 Refractor, G11, Taurus Tracker, ST4

Conditions:   6 of 10 Transparency

Film:             Kodak Supra 400

Exposure:     10 minutes

Comments:   The target was the asterism STAR4, which are the bright stars in the middle of the shot.  I was surprised that the red nebulosity and even a little blue up in the "Flaming Star" showed up in such a short exposure.  I need to make some longer exposures but this new film may have more possibilities than I originally thought.
