NGC 2174 The Monkey Head Nebula April 11, 2010 from Manchester MI

Shot on a night that started out fair to marginal and went to "OMG what happened to the stars!?!" I had to discard quite a few exposures but I was able to use 7 X 600 seconds. This object needs a lot more exposure but it is a very nice size to shoot in the 8" f5 Newtonian. Hopefully I can shoot a much improved version.
